  • Licensee shall, upon execution of this Agreement, and from time to time thereafter upon request by Licensor, promptly furnish to Licensor, at no charge, a listing of all of the various types of Wireless Communications Equipment sold or otherwise distributed by Licensee, and upon which or in connection with which the Cellular One Xxxx is used.

  • Licensee acknowledges that it received a copy of the complete Cellular One License Agreement and the Exhibits thereto at least five (5) business days prior to the date on which this License Agreement is signed by Licensee.

  • Licensee shall use the Cellular One Xxxx (or any xxxx substituted therefor by Licensor) as the principal service xxxx or trademark, as appropriate, designating Primary Services and Core Products sold or distributed by it within the Licensed Territory and shall otherwise use the applicable Marks in connection with Additional Products and Additional Services in the Licensed Territory to the extent commercially reasonable and as required by this License Agreement.

  • Cellular One reserves the right, with or without notice, to manage its network parameters to prioritize your cellular service active on your device to a network of choice when you are roaming, or slow the bitrate throughput rate on a roaming partners’ network.
