Cendant Mortgage Loan definition

Cendant Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan originated by the Company pursuant to the Origination Agreement.
Cendant Mortgage Loan. Each Mortgage Loan originated by Cendant Mortgage Corporation and listed on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Except as set forth in this Section 2.14 and except as required by applicable law, the Restricted ADSs and the Restricted ADRs evidencing Restricted ADSs shall be treated as ADSs and ADRs issued and outstanding under the terms of the Deposit Agreement.
