Center of Main Interest definition

Center of Main Interest means the place where the debtor conducts the administration of his interests on a regular basis pursuant to the Regulation (EU) No 20-15/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 20, 2015 on insolvency proceedings, as amended.
Center of Main Interest means the place where the debtor conducts the administration of his interests on a regular basis pursuant to the Council Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 of May 29, 2000 on insolvency proceedings, as amended.
Center of Main Interest means the center of main interest of a Person as referred to in the Council of the European Union Regulation No. 1346/2000 on insolvency proceedings.
