Central Agreement definition

Central Agreement means the collective agreement between the School Board and the Boards of Education in The Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto and their respective Branch Affiliates pursuant to the provisions of sections and of the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto Act.

Related to Central Agreement

  • General Agreement means the Government Officers Salaries, Allowances and Conditions General Agreement PSA AG 25 of 2002 or its replacement or the Public Service General Agreement PSA AG 24 of 2002 or its replacement whichever is applicable.
