Central Data Service definition

Central Data Service means a single data base that is provided and maintained by CRISP and associated with each Participant's System, which will hold a copy of Data of Participant that is available through the HIE and will be used for the processing of Messages. The Central Data Services will contain metadata that will link Data with a specific Participant for purposes of CRISP's access, use and disclosures of an Individual's information in the HIE System and that will allow each Participant to have control over its own Data in the Central Data Service and effectively retain custody and control over its own Data maintained in the Central Data Service as specified in Section 1.02 of the Terms and Conditions.
