Centre premises definition

Centre premises means a building or part of a building occupied perma- nently or temporarily by the Centre, and includes any land, buildings or platforms that may from time to time be included, in accordance with this Agreement or supplementary Agreements concluded between the Parties. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties con- firm that any other premises in the Country which may be used for meetings, seminars, training courses, symposiums, workshops and similar activities organized by UNICEF in connection with the activities of the Centre shall be temporarily regarded as being within the meaning of the “Centre premises” for the duration of such meetings, seminars, training courses, symposiums, workshops and similar activities; provided however that the provi- sions of Article III, paragraph (2) shall not apply to such other premises in the Country referred to in this sentence.

  • With prior approval of the Director of Human Resources, such representative shall have access to the Health Centre premises in order to investigate or assist in the settlement of a written grievance under the contract.

  • No advertising of any description or kind shall be permitted upon or in any part of the Centre premises or approached thereto, except on the notice board or posters provided, without the approval of the Committee (or Delegate) If the Committee (or Delegate) is of the opinion that any notice exhibited is for any reason unsuitable or inappropriate, the Hirer may be required to either remove or alter the device in question.

  • Guest belongings brought onto World Centre premises are at all times at the guest’s own risk.

  • For general membership meetings, with approval by the Director of Human Resources or designate, and subject to space availability, the Centre agrees to endeavour to provide space for meetings of the Local Union within the Centre premises.

  • Every client of the Centre (subject to these terms and conditions and any byelaws for the time being in force) is entitled to use and enjoy (in common with other members of the Centre) the Centre premises, equipment and facilities provided by the Centre for the use of the Centre members on such terms and conditions as to payment or otherwise as the Maidstone YMCA may from time to time stipulate.

  • Maidstone YMCA, its agents, or employees will not be liable for personal injury or death of any client while on the Centre premises or while using the facilities of the Centre, unless death or personal injury arises from any negligent act or omission of Maidstone YMCA, its agents or employees.

  • Leased Premises means the premises which are material to the Company or any Subsidiary and which the Company or any Subsidiary occupies or proposes to occupy as a tenant, sub-tenant or occupant;

  • Demised Premises or “Premises” (and whether or not capitalized) is used herein, it shall be understood to mean the “premises leased hereby”; and whenever the term “Entire Premises” is used herein (and whether or not capitalized), it shall be understood to mean all of the contiguous land and buildings owned by Landlord at this location, which include the premises leased hereby.
