This paragraph, and the provisions herein, shall be referred to as the Certain Funds Provision.
The Global Agent shall have received, subject to the Certain Funds Provision, certificates of insurance and other evidence, reasonably satisfactory to it, of compliance with the insurance requirements of this Agreement and the Security Documents.
