Copies of all demands, notices and communications provided to the Indenture Trustee, the Noteholders or the Backup Servicer pursuant to this Agreement shall be provided to the Certificateholders.
The manner of obtaining such consents and of evidencing the authorization of the execution thereof by Certificateholders or Noteholders shall be subject to such reasonable requirements as the Indenture Trustee may prescribe, including the establishment of record dates.
