Investor Certificateholder definition

Investor Certificateholder means the holder of record of an Investor Certificate.

Investor Certificateholder means (a) with respect to the Class A Certificates, the holder of record of a Class A Certificate, (b) with respect to the Class B Certificates, the holder of record of a Class B Certificate and (c) with respect to the Collateral Interest, the Collateral Interest Holder.

Investor Certificateholder means the Person in whose name a Registered Certificate is registered in the Certificate Register or the bearer of any Bearer Certificate (or the Global Certificate, as the case may be) or Coupon.
