Certified Access Specialist definition

Certified Access Specialist or “CASp” means any person who has been certified pursuant to Section 4459.5 of the Government Code.

More Definitions of Certified Access Specialist

Certified Access Specialist means a person certified as to perform inspections of places of public accommodations under applicable ADA standards.

Any part of Tenant’s Work which involves venting, opening, sealing, waterproofing or any altering of the roof shall be performed by Landlord’s roofing contractor at Tenant’s expense. Tenant shall provide Landlord with a certificate from Landlord’s roofing contractor that all of Tenant’s Work (if any) involving venting, opening, sealing, waterproofing or in any way altering the roof has been performed in compliance with Exhibit B. In the event of any dispute as to work performed or required to be performed by Landlord or Tenant, the certificate of Landlord’s architect or engineer shall be conclusive.
