  • Certified Insurance Agent shall be responsible for any printing costs for such material and for all costs related to the distribution of those materials, including, but not limited to, mailing and postage costs.

  • Certified Insurance Agent may distribute and reproduce marketing materials developed and made available by Covered California.

  • Before a CEC, PBE, or Certified Insurance Agent can submit the application, they shall comply with the requirements specified in subdivision (h) of this section.
