Certified Report definition

Certified Report means a detailed document prepared by Developers on a form acceptable to the City’s Director of Finance to report to the City of the Cannabis Manufacturing distribution and sales, as defined herein, in the Project during each Operational Quarter, as defined herein. Each Certified Report shall be certified as true and correct by a duly authorized officer of Owner.
Certified Report means a report to the Illinois Secretary of State concerning five (5) or more unsatisfied automated traffic law violations.
Certified Report means a detailed document prepared by Owner on a form acceptable to the City’s Director of Finance to report to the City the gross receipts of the Project’s operations and sales, as defined herein, in the Project during each semi-annual period starting January 1 and July 1 of each calendar year.   • CREFC® Reconciliation of Funds Report A monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Reconciliation of Funds Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally; provided that, to the extent that such other form contemplates such additional information, such other form must be reasonably acceptable to the Certificate Administrator.
