Certified Report definition

Certified Report means a detailed document prepared by Developers on a form acceptable to the City’s Director of Finance to report to the City of the Cannabis Manufacturing distribution and sales, as defined herein, in the Project during each Operational Quarter, as defined herein. Each Certified Report shall be certified as true and correct by a duly authorized officer of Owner.
Certified Report means a report to the Illinois Secretary of State concerning five (5) or more unsatisfied automated traffic law violations.
Certified Report means a report provided to the Department of Revenue, Division of Motor Vehicles either through certified letter, or through electronic file transfer pursuant to a protocol established by HPTE and Department of Revenue.
