Examples of CFB Common Stock in a sentence

  • No fractional shares of CFB Common Stock shall be issued pursuant hereto.

  • In lieu of the issuance of any fractional share, cash adjustments will be paid to holders in respect of any fractional share of CFB Common Stock that would otherwise be issuable, and the amount of such cash adjustment shall be equal to such fractional proportion of the Trading Value of a share of CFB Common Stock.

  • The only outstanding shares of stock of CFB and CCB are the shares of CFB common stock ("CFB Common Stock") and of CCB common stock ("CCB Common Stock"), respectively.

  • Such legend will also be placed on any certificate representing CFB securities issued subsequent to the original issuance of CFB Common Stock pursuant to the Merger as a result of any transfer of such shares or any stock dividend, stock split, or other recapitalization as long as the CFB Common Stock issued to the undersigned pursuant to the Merger has not been transferred in such manner as to justify the removal of the legend therefrom.
