Changed Work definition

Changed Work means work which is deleted or omitted from, or different from the original scope of Work.
Changed Work. The parties expressly recognize that District and District personnel are without authorization to either order extra (and/or changed) work or waive agreement requirements. Failure of the Service Provider to secure proper authorization for extra work shall constitute a waiver of any and all right to adjustment in the agreement price or agreement time due to such unauthorized extra work and the Service Provider thereafter shall be entitled to no compensation whatsoever for the performance of such work.
Changed Work means the provision of goods or services in addition to, less than and/or different from the goods or services included within the Work. At any time prior to the completion of the Work, Owner may require Contractor to perform Changed Work.
