Changed Work definition

Changed Work means work which is deleted or omitted from, or different from the original scope of Work.
Changed Work. The parties expressly recognize that District and District personnel are without authorization to either order extra (and/or changed) work or waive agreement requirements. Failure of the Service Provider to secure proper authorization for extra work shall constitute a waiver of any and all right to adjustment in the agreement price or agreement time due to such unauthorized extra work and the Service Provider thereafter shall be entitled to no compensation whatsoever for the performance of such work.
Changed Work means the provision of goods or services in addition to, less than and/or different from the goods or services included within the Work. At any time prior to the completion of the Work, Owner may require Contractor to perform Changed Work.

  • Only auditable costs shall be reimbursable on Change Orders where the value is determined on the basis of actual cost plus a fixed fee pursuant to paragraph 35A3 above, or where unilaterally determined by the Principal Representative on the basis of an equitable adjustment in accordance with the Procurement Rules, as described above in Article 35A, The Value Of Changed Work.

  • Changed Work (all added or deleted Work), as it pertains to the approved Detailed Scope of Work included in a specific Job Order, shall be either changes directed by the County or unforeseen site conditions, which were not evident during the Initial Joint Scope Meeting.

  • Each Change Order, when executed, shall constitute full and final compensation for all matters directly or indirectly related to or arising from the changes to the Work ordered thereby (the "Changed Work"), including, but not limited to, all Overhead and all other direct and indirect costs associated with the Changed Work and any and all adjustments (of whatever nature) to the Contract Sum or to the Contract Period attributable to the Changed Work.

Changed Work has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10.1 hereof;

  • covered work means either the unmodified Program or a work based on the Program.
