Major Work definition

Major Work means any Work to Construct or Maintain the Distribution System that costs more than One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars;

  • Following completion of the Major Work, the Company shall provide the Municipality with the revised Plans and Specifications, updated after construction, in Electronic Format (or upon request, the Company will provide the Municipality with a hard copy of the materials) within three (3) months of the request.

More Definitions of Major Work

Major Work means any line work to Construct or Maintain the Distribution System that costs more than Fifty Thousand ($50,000) Dollars;
Major Work. - means an original work, the estimated cost of which exclusive of departmental charges exceeds the amount as notified by the Government from time to time.
