Channel Services definition

Channel Services means the then-current access made available by the Custodian for the Company to give Instructions and perform Transactions pursuant to an Online Channel Access Agreement, which must be entered into separately between Custodian and the Company.
Channel Services means the provision by the Bank to the Customer of access to one or more Channels pursuant to the terms of this Agreement enabling the Customer to utilize one or more of the Internet Banking services;
Channel Services means the provision by the Bank to the Customer of access to one (1) or more Channels pursuant to the terms of this Agreement enabling the Customer to utilise one (1) or more of the Product Services;

More Definitions of Channel Services

Channel Services means the provision by AmBank to Customer of access to one or more Channels to which Customer may have subscribed under the terms of the Master Services Terms and Conditions and/or Master Services Agreement (as the case maybe), and the relevant Service Schedule and User Guide.
Channel Services means the provision by us to you of access to one or more Channels pursuant to the terms of this Agreement enabling you to utilize one or more of the Product Services; “Deposit Account” Any Bank Account with a credit balance.
Channel Services. Means the provision by the Securities to you of access to one or more Xxxx- xxxx pursuant to the terms of this Agreement enabling you to utilise one or more of the Product Services;
Channel Services means the provision by AmBank to Customer of access to one or more Channels and to which Customer may have subscribed under the terms of this Terms and Conditions, the e- Ambiz/AmTrade Inquiry Application Form and User Guide relating to such Channels.
Channel Services means, collectively, the Access Channels and the services, functionality, content and features available for use with or through the Access Channels as more particularly set forth in this Agreement and the applicable Channel Service Schedule or Bank Agreement (but not including the Services themselves).
Channel Services means the provision by us to you of access to one or more Channels pursuant to the terms of this Agreement enabling you to utilize one or more of the Product Services;

Related to Channel Services

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Service(s)(ing) In accordance with Regulation AB, the act of servicing and administering the Mortgage Loans or any other assets of the Trust by an entity that meets the definition of “servicer” set forth in Item 1101 of Regulation AB and is subject to the disclosure requirements set forth in Item 1108 of Regulation AB. For clarification purposes, any uncapitalized occurrence of this term shall have the meaning commonly understood by participants in the commercial mortgage-backed securities market.

  • Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.
