Charge Documents definition

Charge Documents means the memorandum of Charge over Deposits and Non- Equity Securities and/or any other charge document as stipulated by the Bank executed or to be executed by the Borrower and/or other third party as security for the Facilities;
Charge Documents means each document, agreement or instrument evidencing, perfecting or assuring the Note Floating Charge, including the Collateral Trust Agreement, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Collateral Trust Agreement.

  • Bridge Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Bridge Credit Agreement.

  • First Lien Security Documents means, collectively, (i) the Credit Agreement Collateral Documents and (ii) the Additional First-Lien Security Documents.

  • Mortgage Documents With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the mortgage documents required to be delivered to the Custodian pursuant to each Custodial Agreement.

  • ABL Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

  • DIP Loan Documents means the Replacement DIP Loan Documents (as defined in the DIP Order).

  • Debt Financing Documents means the agreements, documents and certificates contemplated by the Financing, including all credit agreements, loan documents, purchase agreements, underwriting agreements, indentures, debentures and notes pursuant to which the Financing will be governed or contemplated by the Debt Commitment Letter.
