Charitable Foundation definition

Charitable Foundation means The NewMarket Foundation, a non-stock, non-profit Virginia corporation formed by the Company which qualifies as an exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Code which is organized and operated solely for charitable purposes.
Charitable Foundation means The Petco Foundation, a California Exempt Organization and all related charitable entities.
Charitable Foundation means The Scotts Miracle-Gro Foundation, an Ohio non-profit corporation, which qualifies as an exempt organization under 501(c)(3) of the Code and is organized solely for charitable purposes.
