Personal Benefit Sample Clauses
The Personal Benefit clause restricts parties from using their rights, obligations, or benefits under the agreement for anyone other than themselves. In practice, this means that a party cannot transfer, assign, or share the advantages or responsibilities of the contract with third parties, such as affiliates, family members, or unrelated businesses, unless explicitly permitted. This clause ensures that the agreement's terms are applied only to the intended parties, preventing unauthorized use or exploitation by others and maintaining the integrity of the contractual relationship.
