University College means a college which the University may establish or maintain under this Act or a college transferred to the University and maintained by it;
University College means a college established or maintained by the University and providing courses of study qualifying students for admission to the University examinations in accordance with the regulations.

University College means a higher education institution provid- ing higher education, but with a limited scope and range of operations and which meets the criteria for recognition as a university college as prescribed by the Minister under section 69(d) and—
