Certificate of Arrangement definition

Certificate of Arrangement means the certificate of arrangement to be issued by the Director pursuant to subsection 192(7) of the CBCA in respect of the Articles of Arrangement;

Certificate of Arrangement means the certificate of arrangement to be issued by the Director pursuant to subsection 183(2) of the OBCA in respect of the Articles of Arrangement.

Certificate of Arrangement means the certificate of arrangement giving effect to the Arrangement, issued pursuant to subsection 183(2) of the OBCA after the Articles of Arrangement have been filed;

• The conditions precedent set out in Section 6.1, Section 6.2 and Section 6.3 will be conclusively deemed to have been satisfied, waived or released when the Certificate of Arrangement is issued by the Director.

• The Articles of Arrangement shall be filed and the Certificate of Arrangement shall be issued in each case with respect to the Arrangement in its entirety.

• The conditions precedent set out in Section 6.1, Section 6.2 and Section 6.3 shall be conclusively deemed to have been satisfied, waived or released when the Certificate of Arrangement is issued by the Director following filing of the Articles of Arrangement with the consent of the Parties in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

• The Articles of Arrangement and the Certificate of Arrangement shall be filed and issued, respectively, with respect to this Arrangement in its entirety.

• The Certificate of Arrangement shall be conclusive evidence that the Arrangement has become effective and that each of the provisions in Section 4.2 has become effective in the sequence set forth therein.

More Definitions of Certificate of Arrangement

Certificate of Arrangement means the certificate giving effect to the Arrangement, to be issued by the CBCA Director pursuant to section 192(7) of the CBCA upon receipt of the Articles of Arrangement in respect of the Applicants in accordance with section 262 of the CBCA;

Certificate of Arrangement means the certificate giving effect to the Arrangement issued by the Director pursuant to Subsection 192(7) of the CBCA in respect of the Articles of Arrangement.

Certificate of Arrangement means the certificate to be issued by the Registrar pursuant to Section 193(11) of the ABCA, giving effect to the Arrangement;

Certificate of Arrangement means the certificate of arrangement giving effect to the Arrangement, issued by the Director pursuant to the OBCA after the Articles of Arrangement have been filed;

Certificate of Arrangement means the certificate of arrangement to be issued by the Enterprise Registrar in accordance with the QBCA in respect of the Articles of Arrangement.

Certificate of Arrangement means the certificate or certificates or other confirmation of filing to be issued by the Registrar, pursuant to subsection 193(11) of the ABCA giving effect to the Plan of Arrangement;

Certificate of Arrangement means the certificate of arrangement issued by the Director pursuant to subsection 183(2) of the OBCA after the Articles of Arrangement have been filed;
