Chase Capital Group definition

Chase Capital Group means and includes (i) Chase, (ii) entities that are controlled Affiliates (as defined in the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act")) of Chase and (iii) entities the majority of the equity owners of which are employees, officers or directors of any of the foregoing. BP may transfer Registrable Securities to a member of the Chase Capital Group in the manner described in Section 6(b) of the Stockholders' Agreement.
