Chief Magistrate definition

Chief Magistrate means the Chief Magistrate of the Magistrates Court.

Chief Magistrate means the Chief Magistrate appointed under section 7(2) of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 and includes an Acting Chief Magistrate appointed under section 8 of that Act;
