Children's Play Area definition

Children's Play Area shall have the same meaning as the meaning assigned to the definition “Children's Play Area” within the S106 Agreement;
Children's Play Area. The Children's Play Area and all ancillary equipment and structures erected thereon (if any) for the use and enjoyment of the Owners and/or residents for the time being of the Estate. "Club House" The Club House located at Lot No.1274 in Demarcation District No.105 for the use of the Owners.

  • The Recreation Ground, Children’s Play Area and the Parking are not part of the Village Hall and are open to the general public.

  • City will provide the basic Building utilities and services described in the attached Exhibit D (the “Standard Utilities and Services”) to the Premises, excluding the Children’s Play Area, subject to the terms and conditions stated in Exhibit D.

  • The Children’s Play Area shall be accessible to the public during the Non-Festival Season, during all daylight hours when the State Park is open to the public or as otherwise agreed by the parties.

  • A partial closure of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be needed to facilitate the Children’s Play Area.

  • Prior to Occupation of twenty five per cent (25%) of the Dwellings to lay out and provide the LEAP Children’s Play Area in accordance with the specification approved by the Council pursuant to paragraph 2 above 4.
