CID Project definition

CID Project means (i) remediation of blighting conditions within the Redevelopment Area, (ii) public improvements completed within the Redevelopment Area, or (iii) any community improvement project approved by the CID for an area benefiting the Redevelopment Area and in accordance with the CID Act and constituting a portion of the Work.
CID Project means the “Project” as defined in the petition to create the CID.

  • Developer hereby understands and agrees that CID Proceeds from the CID Bonds for CID District 2 may not be spent for any Phase 1 CID Project Costs.

  • It is anticipated that the CID Bonds for CID Project Costs, may be issued and that the City, in its sole discretion, may authorize the issuance of ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ as provided for under the CID Act and the City's Economic Development Policy.

CID Project means (i) remediation of blighting conditions within the boundaries of the CID, (ii) public improvements completed within the CID, or (iii) any community improvement project approved by the CID for an area benefiting the Redevelopment Area and in accordance with the CID Act and constituting a portion of the Work.
CID Project means the project located within the District in the City, as described on Exhibit D, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
CID Project means, collectively, all of the work undertaken by or at the direction of Developer within the CID Area in accordance with the CID Petition and funded with or reimbursed by District revenues, which consists of the following Improvements, as defined in the Five Year Management Plan which was attached to the Petition, as set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto: • Rehabilitation, renovation, and reconstruction of the main center building facade; • Demolition and removal of buildings and structures at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parkway • Sealcoating, re-striping and repair of parking lots and drive aisles within the DistrictCommon area reconfiguration • Signage repair and improvements • Landscaping improvements • Lighting improvements
CID Project means that portion of the Development Project or that portion of a Component, the costs of which are eligible for financing or reimbursement by the CID pursuant to the CID Act.
CID Project means certain land acquisition, site work, utility improvements, bike path and traffic signal improvements described in the CID Agreement and as certified as described herein.
CID Project means funding for the acquisition of the Public Improvements Property and the construction of the Public Improvements, as applicable and such other improvements or services within the District Area as described in the Petition (as it may be amended from time to time) and as permitted under the CID Act.
