Cited Person definition

Cited Person means a person who violates the Code or who is otherwise responsible for a Code violation and who is named in an administrative citation issued and served pursuant to this article.

  • Upon receipt of an administrative citation, the Cited Person must pay the amount of the fine at the District Secretary’s office at 15160 Jackson Road, P.O. Box 1050, Rancho Murieta, CA 95683.
