Related to Citi Conduits

  • CP Conduit means any limited-purpose entity established to use the direct or indirect proceeds of the issuance of Commercial Paper Notes to finance financial assets.

  • Conduits means all sewers, drains, soakways, pipes, gullies, gutters, ducts, mains, watercourses, channels, subways, wires, cables, shafts, flues and other transmission or conducting media and installations (including all fixings, covers, cowls, louvres and other ancillary apparatus) of whatsoever nature or kind or any of them;

  • Covered Rating Agency Information means any Provided Information furnished to the Rating Agencies in connection with issuing, monitoring and/or maintaining the Securities.

  • Custodial Institution means any Entity that holds, as a substantial portion of its business, financial assets for the account of others. An entity holds financial assets for the account of others as a substantial portion of its business if the entity’s gross income attributable to the holding of financial assets and related financial services equals or exceeds 20 percent of the entity’s gross income during the shorter of: (i) the three-year period that ends on December 31 (or the final day of a non-calendar year accounting period) prior to the year in which the determination is being made; or (ii) the period during which the entity has been in existence.

  • Participating Financial Institution means a Financial Institution that has been approved by the Authority to enroll Qualified Loans in the Program and has agreed to all terms and conditions set forth in the Law and this Article and as may be required by any applicable federal law providing matching funding.

  • Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.

  • Citi shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Standard Usage Information means the usage data that is made generally available by the gas utility to all similarly situated Customers on a regular basis, delivered by the gas utility in a standard format.

  • Agent’s Information means, solely, the following information in the Prospectus: the third sentence of the eighth paragraph and the tenth paragraph under the caption “Plan of Distribution” in the Prospectus. This indemnity agreement will be in addition to any liability that the Company might otherwise have.

  • Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;
