City Cruises definition

City Cruises refers to Hornblower Cruises and Events, LLC, dba City Cruises anchored by Hornblower, and for the purposes of the defenses, limitations of liability and its rights in this Agreement only, it also includes City Cruises’ Directors, Officers, agents, owners, employees, charterers (other than You) and the ship on which You have or will travel (the “Ship“). “Laws and Regulations” means all requirements of all laws, orders, ordinances and regulations of the federal, state, county, and municipal authorities, the terms of this Agreement, and directives and orders from City Cruises and its employees, and the captain and personnel of the Ship. “Passenger” and PASSENGER refers to You (whether participating in the event on not) and any and all persons traveling under the Agreement, including all of Your guests and any of Your third-party vendors. “You” or “Your” refers to the Charterer under this Agreement.

Examples of City Cruises in a sentence

  • Neither City Cruises nor its employees shall be liable for any mistake in judgment making this determination.

  • You agree to be solely responsible to insure, defend, indemnify and hold harmless City Cruises from any claims involving those You hire in conjunction with Your event.

  • You will deliver all required permits or licenses to City Cruises thirty (30) days prior to the Cruise.

  • If You do, or if You give City Cruises a dishonored check, You agree to repay City Cruises for the full amount of the failed payment, and to pay for all costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, City Cruises incurs in collecting these amounts.

  • In the event You and Your guests have not fully disembarked the Ship within fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled end time, City Cruises reserves the right to charge You a reasonable overtime charge.

  • Please help City Cruises by telling City Cruises (preferably in writing) at the time You book Your Cruise, or as soon as possible, of any guest needing special assistance due to physical or mental disability requiring special accommodation during the Cruise.

  • Any such gratuities will be distributed to certain designated team members of City Cruises’ crew who performed services for Your event and You agree that City Cruises may do so.

  • City Cruises reserves the right to approve all Cruise activities.

  • You may not attempt to have City Cruises serve alcohol, or Yourself serve alcohol or misrepresent the age of a Passenger, with the intention of causing consumption of alcohol on the Ship by a minor.

  • City Cruises strives to conduct a safe enjoyable Cruise for all guests.

Related to City Cruises

  • Day-ahead Energy Market means the schedule of commitments for the purchase or sale of energy and payment of Transmission Congestion Charges developed by the Office of the Interconnection as a result of the offers and specifications submitted in accordance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.

  • Real-time Energy Market means the purchase or sale of energy and payment of Transmission Congestion Charges for quantity deviations from the Day-ahead Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Renewable Energy Credits means a certificate, credit, allowance, green tag, or other transferable indicia, howsoever entitled, allocated, assigned or otherwise awarded or certified by any Governmental Authority, program administrator, certification board or similar entity in connection with the production or generation of each MWh of energy from the Project. For the avoidance of doubt, “Renewable Energy Credits” shall not include any ITC, State Renewable Energy Incentives or other tax benefits, credits, or incentives.

  • Renewable Energy Credit has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12(h) and CPUC Decision 00-00-000, as may be amended from time to time or as further defined or supplemented by Law.

  • International airport means an airport:

  • Station means an area served by one valve or by a set of valves that operate simultaneously.

  • Renewable energy system means a fixture, product, device, or interacting group of fixtures, products, or devices on the customer's side of the meter that use 1 or more renewable energy resources to generate electricity. Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.

  • Renewable energy facility means an electric generation unit or other facility or installation that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source.

  • Airport means public-use airport open to the public without prior permission and without restrictions within the physical capacities of available facilities.

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

  • Energy consumer means a business or residential consumer of

  • Renewable energy resource means a resource that naturally replenishes over a human, not a geological, time frame and that is ultimately derived from solar power, water power, or wind power. Renewable energy resource does not include petroleum, nuclear, natural gas, or coal. A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Burswood Casino means those premises in the Resort Complex identified in the Drawings as the areas to constitute the casino and includes areas in which money counting, surveillance, storage and other activities related to the conduct and playing of Games are carried on; and

  • Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.

  • PJM Interchange Energy Market means the regional competitive market administered by the Office of the Interconnection for the purchase and sale of spot electric energy at wholesale in interstate commerce and related services established pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K - Appendix.

  • Post Office Box means each post office box to which Obligors are directed to mail payments in respect of the Pledged Loans.

  • Farmers market means a marketplace which operates seasonally, principally as a common market for Iowa-produced farm products on a retail basis for consumption elsewhere.

  • Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.
