City Documents and Information means all plans designs, drawings, specifications, documents, and data in whatever medium or format, originated and prepared by the Consulting Engineer/Architect.
City Documents and Information means all plans designs, drawings, specifications, documents, and data in whatever medium or format, originated and prepared by the Consulting Engineer/Architect. "Consulting Engineer/Architect" means the company or individual identified above.   • All City Documents and Information prepared by Consulting Engineer/Architect in contemplation of, or in the course of, or as a result of this Agreement or work on the Project, shall be promptly furnished to the City.
