City Funding definition

City Funding means funds provided for New Construction or Major Renovations provided by agreement from the City of Saint ▇▇▇▇ or the Saint ▇▇▇▇ Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA), including: (1) Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) (2) Tax Increment Financing (TIF) (3) HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) (4) Multi-Family Housing Revenue Bonds (5) Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) (6) Any other Federal, State, or Metropolitan Council (Met Council) funding source (7) Any other City of Saint ▇▇▇▇ funding source (8) Any other HRA funding source (9) Notwithstanding the above, City Funding does not include the following: a. Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) Cleanup and Investigation Grants b. Met Council Tax Base Revitalization Account (TBRA) Contamination Cleanup Grants c. Met Council TBRA Site Investigation Grants d. Conduit Bonds issued for the benefit of qualified 501(c)(3) entities
City Funding means funding for the Project that will be provided by the City via payments contemplated by Section 9.1;
City Funding means funding provided directly by the City or administered by the City through the use of federal, state or other funding sources.

Examples of City Funding in a sentence

  • Seller shall perform its obligations under this Agreement in conformance with San José City Council Policy 1-19, entitled “Prohibition of City Funding for Purchase of Single serving Bottled Water,” and San José City Council Policy 4-6, entitled “Environmentally Preferable Procurement Policy,” as those policies may be amended from time to time.

  • An employee’s entitlement to any and all benefits provided by the City under this retiree medical cover plan are subject to the funding limitations set forth in subsection 31.8 (City Funding of Retiree Health Benefit).

  • The rate shall be determined as the City Funding Requirement, less revenues derived from fines and forfeitures, the Qualified Member Contribution Rate, the use of Chapter Funds as further outlined in this agreement, and any assessment against the City Budget Stabilization Account.

  • An employee’s entitlement to any and all benefits provided by the City under this retiree medical cover plan are subject to the funding limitations set forth in sub-Section 25.8 (City Funding of Retiree Health Benefit).

  • Upon request by the City, Funding Recipient shall produce all such books, records, papers and files for inspection at a location in New York City reasonably satisfactory to the Parties.

More Definitions of City Funding

City Funding means any financing appropriated or approved by the City of Chicago after September 1, 2019, for the rehabilitation, demolition, disposition, conversion, redevelopment, or new construction of a residential property, including, but not limited to, bond financing, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Community Development Block Grant funds, HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds, Tax Increment Financing, and the Affordable Housing Opportunity Fund.
City Funding has the meaning ascribed thereto in Subsection 4.1(a) (i);

City Funding means the costs for the design, construction, construction phase management, inspection and testing associated with the City’s Improvements defined in Section 4.2.

Related to City Funding

  • Liquidity Funding means (a) a purchase made by any Committed Lender pursuant to its Liquidity Commitment of all or any portion of, or any undivided interest in, an applicable Conduit’s Loans, or (b) any Loan made by a Committed Lender in lieu of such Conduit pursuant to Section 1.1.

  • Initial Funding means the funding of the initial Loans or issuance of the initial Letters of Credit upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Sections 6.01 and 6.

  • Match funding or “match share” means cash or in-kind (non-cash) contributions provided by the Applicant/Recipient, subrecipients, or other parties that will be used in performance of the proposed project. Match share percentage is calculated by dividing the total match share contributions by the total allowable project cost. “Total allowable project cost” is the sum of the CEC’s reimbursable share and Recipient’s match share of the project costs.
