No contract will be awarded to a bidding firm who has City elected officials, officers or employees affiliated with it, unless the bidding firm has fully complied with current Florida State Statutes and City Ordinances relating to this issue.
Facility user(s) not abiding by the City Ordinances and regulations contained herein may be suspended from use of the facility and all fees and deposits paid, forfeited.
