The City may adopt any and all rules and regulations not in conflict with Nevada Revised Statutes, the Reno City Charter, Reno City Ordinances and the Rules and Regulations of the Reno Civil Service Commission.
Pursuant to the Act, the Town expends funds collected for the purpose of advertising and encouraging growth of tourism and convention/hotel activity in the Town as outlined in the Town of Xxxxxx Code of Ordinances (“Code”).
