Cooperative purchasing means procurement conducted by, or on behalf of, more than one public procurement unit.
Purchasing Agent means the head of the City’s Purchasing Division, or a designated contact person acting for him or at his direction.
Approved purchasing system means a Contractor’s purchasing system that has been reviewed and approved in accordance with Part 44 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
State Purchasing Agent means the director of the purchasing division of the general services department.
Purchasing Member means a municipal utility which purchases electricity from a municipal electric cooperative association of which it is a member.
Purchasing Lender shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.3(c) hereof.
Purchasing CLO shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.3(d) hereof.
Purchasing Banks as defined in subsection 10.5(d).
Purchasing Party means a Party requesting or receiving a Service from the other Party under this Agreement.
Purchasing Authority means the officer signing the acceptance of tender and shall include any officer who has authority to execute the relevant contract on behalf of the Purchaser.
Purchasing Entity means a state (as well as the District of Columbia and US territories), city, county, district, other political subdivision of a State, or a nonprofit organization under the laws of some states if authorized by a Participating Addendum, that issues a Purchase Order against the Master Agreement and becomes financially committed to the purchase.
Third Party Purchaser has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
Purchasing Card or “P-Card” means The State of West Virginia’s Purchasing Card program, administered under contract by a banking institution, processes payment for goods and services through state designated credit cards.
Purchasing Division means the West Virginia Department of Administration, Purchasing Division.
Dynamic Purchasing System means a completely electronic process, which has a limited duration, for making commonly used purchases, as more particularly defined and described in the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
Purchasing Lenders shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(c).
Public purchasing body means the State or the subdivision or agency making a public purchase. Government Code Section 4550.
Transfer Supplement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(c) of this Agreement.
Purchasing agency means any governmental body other than the chief procurement officers authorized by this code or by way of delegation from the chief procurement officers to enter into contracts.
central purchasing body means a contracting authority providing centralised purchasing activities and, possibly, ancillary purchasing activities;
Warranty Purchaser The Person described in Section 2.04 of the Trust Sale Agreement.
Purchasing Manager means the person duly authorized to enter into and administer Contracts and make written determinations with respect to the Contract or his or her designee.
Purchasing means the County of Eddy Purchasing Office or the Eddy County Purchasing Agent.
Mandatory Purchase means the mandatory purchase of Outstanding VRDP Shares by the Liquidity Provider pursuant to this Agreement in connection with a Mandatory Purchase Event.
Prospective Purchaser has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b)(i) hereof.
Designated Purchaser has the meaning set forth in Section 7.11(b).
