City Suite definition

City Suite has the meaning given to that term in Section 3.7 hereof.

  • City shall provide Club reasonable notice of its schedule for use of the City Suite, so that Club may take any steps necessary (e.g. heating or cooling) necessary to make the City Suite available for use.

  • City shall be entitled to the number of tickets to any event in the Ballpark equal to the sum of the number of fixed seats and bar seats in the City Suite.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City may assign or sublease its rights to, City Events, the City Concert Series, and City Suite, with the consent of the Club, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • The City Suite will be of a size and in a location reasonably acceptable to City Representative and comparable to the size and location of other owner’s suites at the Comparable Properties.

  • garden suite means a one-unit detached, temporary residential structure containing bathroom and kitchen facilities that is ancillary to an existing residential structure and that is designed to be portable;

  • County highway means a public road that is constructed and

  • Secondary Suite means an accessory dwelling unit that is attached to a single-family residential building on a lot in a zone that permits a single family residential building; (Bylaw 8036 & 8360)

  • Suite means an elevated box or suite which is customarily an enclosed private or collective compartment inside the Stadium, with direct access to guests’ Seats, which are separated from other Seats in the Stadium.

  • Urban district means the territory contiguous to and including any street or highway which is built up with structures devoted to business, industry, or dwelling houses situated at intervals of less than one hundred feet for a distance of a quarter of a mile or more, and the character of such territory is indicated by official traffic control devices.

  • City means the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

  • Downtown means the area covered by the Downtown Community Plan.(BYLAW 7688, 2014)

  • Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.

  • Expressway means a divided arterial highway for through traffic with full or partial control of access with an excess of fifty per cent of all crossroads separated in grade.

  • Terrace means a relatively level step constructed in the face of a graded slope surface for drainage and maintenance purposes.

  • County means the county of Los Angeles or any public entities for which the board of supervisors is the governing body. (Ord. 2002-0040 § 1, 2002: Ord. 2002-0015 § 1 (part), 2002)

  • Regional Center means a diagnostic, counseling, and service coordination center for developmentally disabled persons and their families which is established and operated pursuant to the Welfare and Institutions Code, Sections 4620 through 4669, by a private nonprofit community agency or corporation acting as a contracting agency. As used in these regulations, any reference to the regional center shall, by reference, be applicable to those agencies or persons with which the regional center contracts to provide service coordination to consumers under the provisions of the Welfare and Institutions Code, Section 4648;

  • National Park means comparatively large areas of outstanding scenic and natural beauty with the primary objective of protection and preservation of scenery, flora and fauna in the natural state to which access for public recreation and education and research may be allowed;

  • Regional Centre means a centre established or maintained by the University for the purpose of co-ordinating and supervising the work of Study Centres in any region and for performing such other functions as may be conferred on such centre by the Board of Management;

  • City Clerk means the person appointed by Council to carry out the duties of the clerk described in section 228 of the Municipal Act, 2001;

  • District shall hereafter refer to districts that have signed the Agreement for the 2022-23 Program year and agree to be financially responsible as a Cooperative member for the Program costs.

  • RD means research and development.

  • Highway means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way or place open to the use
