Civilian ship means any craft, platform or floating device with or without displacement, which is suitable for navigation and not intended for national defence.

  • passenger ship means a ship which carries more than 12 passengers;

  • Relevant Ship means the Ships and any other vessel from time to time (whether before or after the date of this Agreement) owned, managed or crewed by, or chartered to, any Relevant Party;

  • Foreign flag vessel means any vessel that is not a U.S.-flag vessel.

  • Passenger vessel means any boat, ship, vessel, barge, or other floating craft of any kind carrying passengers for compensation.

  • Vessel means every description of watercraft, other than a seaplane on the water, used or capable of being used as a means of transportation on water.
