Claim Check definition

Claim Check means a check from the Settlement Fund to a Claimant for a Claim.
Claim Check shall have the meaning given in Paragraph 40.
Claim Check means the check sent to each Settlement Class Member by the Claims Administrator pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of Claim Check in a sentence

  • Our review of claims may include the use of commercial software (including Claim Check) and other tools to take into account factors such as an individual’s claims history, a Provider’s billing patterns, complexity of the service or treatment, amount of time and degree of skill needed and the manner of billing.

  • Each Claim Check shall be mailed to the address provided by the Claimant on his or her Claim Form.

  • The Settlement Administrator shall only make one attempt to resend a Claim Check.

Related to Claim Check

  • Claim Form or “Proof of Claim Form” means the form, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2 to Exhibit A, that a Claimant or Settlement Class Member must complete and submit should that Claimant or Settlement Class Member seek to share in a distribution of the Net Settlement Fund.

  • Direct Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 8.05(c).

  • Claim Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4(a).

  • Billing Dispute Notice means a formal, written notice submitted to HUGE by the Customer in terms of this Procedure.

  • Indemnification Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.

  • Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.
