Claim Payment definition

Claim Payment means the benefit payment calculated by Blue Cross and Blue Shield, after submission of a Claim, in accordance with the benefits described in this Policy. All Claim Payments will be calculated on the basis of the Allowable Amount for Covered Services rendered to a Covered Person, regardless of any separate financial arrangement between Blue Cross and Blue Shield and a particular Provider. (See provisions of this Policy regarding “Blue Cross and Blue Shield's Separate Financial Arrangements with Providers.”)
Claim Payment means the payment issued by Defendant to Settlement Class Members who submit valid and timely claims.
Claim Payment means a payment made to private lenders when a guaranteed loan defaults.

  • The amount of each Claim Payment shall be calculated by dividing the Net Settlement Fund (less the cost of one year of Privacy Shield services for Settlement Class Members who claim that benefit) by the number of valid claims for Cash Compensation.

Claim Payment means an amount payable to you under the Policy to compensate you for the credit losses you have sustained from unpaid insured receivables.

Claim Payment means the payment of eligible Claim received by an Empanelled Health Care Provider from the Insurer in respect of benefits under the Risk Cover made available to a Beneficiary.
