Claiming Entity definition

Claiming Entity means Seller and any direct or indirect owner of a membership interest in Seller which is eligible to claim a Refundable Tax Credit or Non-Refundable Tax Credit in a given year.

The Annual Additions for any Limitation Year beginning before January 1, 1987 shall not be recomputed to treat all Employee contributions as Annual Additions.
