Claims Adjudicator definition

Claims Adjudicator means the Claims Adjudicator appointed by the Court.

  • No later than ten (10) business days after the deadline for completion of the entire claims process, the Claims Administrator and Claims Adjudicator shall provide the Court and Counsel for the Parties with a statement detailing their respective fees, costs and expenses incurred in connection with administering the Settlement Fund.

  • The Claims Adjudicator shall have 10 days to make a determination as to whether the Eligible Claimant is an Approved Claimant.
