Class 3B definition

Class 3B means, at any time, all Class 3B Loans at such time.
Class 3B means the class of Allowed Unsecured Claims of Insiders, as described, classified and treated in Section 4.03B of this Plan.

Examples of Class 3B in a sentence

  • The Class 3B license shall encompass operational level technical, regulatory, administrative, and management information.

  • The Class 3B license is the intermediate or journeyman level of Class 3 license.

  • Class 3B: The carrying out of any building, engineering, installation or other operation within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse for any purpose incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse.

  • In connection with the settlement of the Class 3B General Unsecured Claims, on the Effective Date, the VC Summer Claims shall be deemed discharged without consideration.

  • On the Effective Date, the Class 3B General Unsecured Claims shall be Allowed in the amounts stated on Exhibit E and Exhibit F, as applicable, annexed hereto.
