Class 2 definition

Class 2. A-1 and Class 2-A-2 Certificates. Group 2 Certificates................... Group 2 Senior Certificates and the portions of the Subordinated Certificates related to Loan Group 2.

Class 2 means, at any time, all Class 2 Loans at such time.

Class 2. The Deviation would have a materially detrimental impact on the operation of the Sub-Project as a whole, although the Sub-Project could still be used in production in a commercially viable manner, if necessary with reasonable work-around efforts.
