Class 2 definition

Class 2 means, at any time, all Class 2 Loans at such time.
Class 2. A-1 and Class 2-A-2 Certificates and the Class A-X-2 and Class PO-2 Component. Group 2 Certificates................... Group 2 Senior Certificates and the portions of the Group II Subordinated Certificates related to Loan Group 2.

Examples of Class 2 in a sentence

  • A violation of Section 33E-4 would be represented by a conviction of the crime of bid-rotating which, in addition to Class 2 felony sentencing, provides that any person convicted of this offense or any similar offense of any state or the United States which contains the same elements as this offense shall be permanently barred from contracting with any unit of State or local government.

  • Other types of garments may be substituted for the vest as long as the garments have a manufacturer’s tag identifying them as meeting the ANSI Class 2 requirement.

Class 2. The Deviation would have a materially detrimental impact on the operation of the Sub-Project as a whole, although the Sub-Project could still be used in production in a commercially viable manner, if necessary with reasonable work-around efforts. If a combination of Class 2 and Class 3 Deviations would prevent the Sub-Project as a whole from being used in a commercially viable manner, the combination of Class 2 and Class 3 Deviations constitutes a Class 1 Deviation.
