Class A-2 Additional Interest definition

Class A-2 Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.02(b).
Class A-2 Additional Interest is defined in Section 4.1(a)(ii).
Class A-2 Additional Interest means, on any Payment Date, the amount, if any, by which (a) the amount of interest the CP Funded Borrowings would have been entitled to receive on such Payment Date had such rate been calculated based on the Cost of Funds Rate exceeds (b) the amount of interest payable on the CP Funded Borrowings at the Class A LIBOR Rate for such Payment Date.

More Definitions of Class A-2 Additional Interest

Class A-2 Additional Interest means, on any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (a) the amount of interest that would have been payable on such Distribution Date with respect to the CP Funded Borrowings had such rate been calculated based on the Cost of Funds Rate plus 0.51% exceeds (b) the amount of interest payable on the CP Funded Borrowings at the Class A LIBOR Rate for such Distribution Date.
