Class A-2 Interest Shortfall. As to any Remittance Date, any amount by which the amount distributed in respect of interest on the Class A-2 Certificates on such Remittance Date is less than the amount computed pursuant to clause (a) of the definition of "Class A-2 Interest Formula Distribution Amount."
