Class A-2B on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Examples of Class A-2B in a sentence

  • The Issuer agrees that for so long as the Class A-2-B Notes are Outstanding, the Trust Collateral Agent shall calculate SOFR for each Interest Period in accordance with the definition of “SOFR” herein.

  • The Class A-2-B Notes are and will be secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture.

  • The Class A-2-B Notes will receive payments pro rata with the Class A-2-A Notes to the extent provided in the Indenture.

  • The aggregate principal amount of Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2A Notes, Class A-2B Notes, Class A-3 Notes and Class A-4 Notes outstanding at any time may not exceed such respective amounts except as provided in Section 2.06.

Related to Class A-2B

  • Class A-2b Notes means the Class A-2b Floating Rate Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2b to the Indenture.

  • Class A-2a Notes means the 4.67% Class A-2a Asset-backed Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Indenture in the initial aggregate principal amount of $355,870,000.

  • Class A-2 Notes means the Class A-2a Notes and the Class A-2b Notes, collectively.

  • Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class A-2-B Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-2-B Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
