Class A-2a Notes definition

Class A-2a Notes means the 5.42% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-2a, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2.
Class A-2a Notes means the 5.72% Class A-2a Asset-backed Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Indenture in the initial aggregate principal amount of $350,900,000.
Class A-2a Notes means the $ Class A-2 % Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.
