Class A-3 Formula Note Rate. A per annum rate equal to the lesser of (i) LIBOR plus 0.38%; provided, that, on any Payment Date after the Clean-Up Call Date related to the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-3 Formula Note Rate will be equal to LIBOR plus 0.76% per annum, and (ii) 13.0%.
Class A-3 Formula Note Rate. For any Interest Accrual Period, the lesser of (i)(x) with respect to any Payment Date which occurs on or prior to the Class A-3 Optional Redemption Date, LIBOR plus 0.29% per annum and (y) for any Payment Date thereafter, LIBOR plus 0.58% per annum and (ii) 15.50%.

  • Class A Note Rate means 2.97% per annum.

  • Class B Note Rate means % per annum, computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.
