Class A-3 Interest Rate Cap Agreement definition

Class A-3 Interest Rate Cap Agreement. The interest rate cap agreement relating to the Class A-3 Certificates consisting of the ISDA Master Agreement (Multicurrency Cross-Border) and a schedule dated as of the Closing Date and the related confirmation thereto, between the Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee, on behalf of the Supplemental Interest Trust and the Interest Rate Cap Agreement Counterparty, and acknowledged and agreed by the Trust Administrator, which supplements, forms a part of, is subject to, and is governed by such ISDA Master Agreement, as such agreement may be amended and supplemented in accordance with its terms.
Class A-3 Interest Rate Cap Agreement. The ISDA Master Agreement dated as of October 1, 2004, between the Interest Rate Cap Agreement Counterparty and the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, and the confirmation of the same date, between the Interest Rate Cap Agreement Counterparty and the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, which supplements, forms a part of, is subject to, and is governed by such ISDA Master Agreement (a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit T).
Class A-3 Interest Rate Cap Agreement. The interest rate cap agreement relating to the Class A-3 Certificates, dated December 29, 2003 between the Cap Provider and the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, substantially in the form of Exhibit Q hereto.

Examples of Class A-3 Interest Rate Cap Agreement in a sentence

  • The Class A-3 Interest Rate Cap Agreement will be an asset of the Trust Fund but will not be an asset of any REMIC.

Related to Class A-3 Interest Rate Cap Agreement

  • Interest Rate Cap Agreement means, as applicable, an Interest Rate Cap Agreement (together with the confirmation and schedules relating thereto) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender between Borrower and an Acceptable Counterparty or a Replacement Interest Rate Cap Agreement.

  • Class A-4 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-3 Interest Rate means 1.49% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Replacement Interest Rate Cap Agreement means an interest rate cap agreement from an Acceptable Counterparty with terms identical to the Interest Rate Cap Agreement except that the same shall be effective in connection with replacement of the Interest Rate Cap Agreement following a downgrade, withdrawal or qualification of the long-term unsecured debt rating of the Counterparty; provided that to the extent any such interest rate cap agreement does not meet the foregoing requirements, a “Replacement Interest Rate Cap Agreement” shall be such interest rate cap agreement approved in writing by each of the Rating Agencies and Lender with respect thereto.
