Class A-3 Percentage definition

Class A-3 Percentage. For any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) 100% and (y) the percentage (carried to six places rounded up) obtained by dividing (1) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Class A-3 Certificates immediately preceding such Distribution Date by (2) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of all Certificates immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
Class A-3 Percentage means the result, expressed as a percentage, -------------------- obtained by dividing: (i) the Original Class A-3 Principal Balance by (ii) the Original Note Principal Balance.

  • As provided in the Indenture and subject to certain limitations therein set forth, Class A-3 Notes are exchangeable for new Class A-3 Notes of authorized denominations evidencing the same aggregate Class A-3 Percentage Interest, as requested by the Class A-3 Noteholder surrendering the same.

Class A-3 Percentage as defined in Section 4.01(b).
Class A-3 Percentage. As to any Distribution Date, 100% minus the Class A-2 Percentage for such Distribution Date.
Class A-3 Percentage. For any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) 100% and (b) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-3 Certificates immediately prior to that Distribution Date divided by the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Certificates, less the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class P Certificates, as of the Due Date in the month of such Distribution Date.
