Interest in respect of the Class A-2A Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.
The aggregate principal amount of Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2-A Notes, Class A-2-B Notes, Class A-3 Notes, Class A-4 Notes, Class B Notes and Class C Notes outstanding at any time may not exceed such respective amounts except as provided in Section 2.06.
