Class A-4 Notes definition

Class A-4 Notes means the 0.62% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-4, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 to the Indenture.

Class A-4 Notes means the Class A-4 Notes (as defined in the Indenture).

Class A-4 Notes means the Class [A-4 ][____]% Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4.

• Interest in respect of the Class A-2A Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.

• The aggregate principal amount of Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2-A Notes, Class A-2-B Notes, Class A-3 Notes, Class A-4 Notes, Class B Notes and Class C Notes outstanding at any time may not exceed such respective amounts except as provided in Section 2.06.

More Definitions of Class A-4 Notes

Class A-4 Notes means the Class of auto loan asset backed notes designated as Class A-4 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

Class A-4 Notes means the 0.74% Class A-4 Asset-backed Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Indenture in the initial aggregate principal amount of $143,290,000.

Class A-4 Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

Class A-4 Notes means the $ Class A-4a % Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

Class A-4 Notes means the Class A-4 Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4.

Class A-4 Notes means the $70,120,000 aggregate initial principal amount Class A-4 2.93% Asset Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 to the Indenture.

Class A-4 Notes means the Class A-4 1.33% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 to the Indenture.
