Class A-5 Principal Distribution Amount means, with respect to the Class A-5 Certificates for any Remittance Date, the lesser of:
Class A-5 Principal Distribution Amount. With respect to the Class A-5 Certificates for any Distribution Date prior to the Class A-4 Certificate Termination Date, zero. On the Class A-4 Certificate Termination Date, the lesser of (i) the excess of (x) the Remaining Principal Distribution Amount as of the Class A-4 Certificate Termination Date over (y) the Class A-4 Certificate Principal Balance on the Class A-4 Certificate Termination Date before making distributions on such date and (ii) the Class A-5 Certificate Principal Balance. With respect to the Class A-5 Certificates for any Distribution Date following the Class A-4 Certificate Termination Date, the lesser of (x) the Remaining Principal Distribution Amount as of such Distribution Date and (y) the Class A-5 Certificate Principal Balance as of such Distribution Date. On the Class A-5 Certificate Termination Date any remaining portion of the Remaining Principal Distribution Amount shall be distributed with respect to the Class A-6 Certificates.
Class A-5 Principal Distribution Amount. With respect to any Payment Date prior to the Class A-4 Termination Date, the Class A-5 Lockout Distribution Amount. With respect to the Payment Date occurring on the Class A-4 Termination Date, the sum of (i) the Class A-5 Lockout Distribution Amount and (ii) any portion of the Remaining Group I Principal Distribution Amount remaining on such Payment Date following the reduction to zero of the Class A-4 Principal Balance. With respect to any Payment Date after the Class A-4 Termination Date, the lesser of (x) the Group I Principal Distribution Amount and (y) the amount necessary to reduce the Class A-5 Principal Balance to zero.

Class A-5 Principal Distribution Amount. As to any Distribution Date, the product of (i) the applicable Class A-5 Principal Payment Percentage for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class A-5 Pro Rata Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date.

With respect to the Class A-5 Certificates for any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date (net of the Class A-1 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class A-2 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class A-3 Principal Distribution Amount and the Class A-4 Principal Distribution Amount), or (y) the Class A-5 Certificate Principal Balance as of such Distribution Date.

Class A-5 Principal Distribution Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (x) the Group II Principal Distribution Amount for such Payment Date and (y) the amount necessary to reduce the Class A-5 Principal Balance (as it was immediately prior to such Payment Date) to zero.

For any Distribution Date, the sum of (A) the aggregate of the Class A-5 Scheduled Distribution Percentage multiplied by each of the amounts referred to in clauses (i) and (ii) of the definition "Senior Optimal Principal Amount" related to the Certificates; and (B) the Class A-5 Prepayment Distribution Percentage multiplied by the amount referred to in clause (iii) of the definition "Senior Optimal Principal Amount" related to the Certificates; provided, however, that if a Deficient Valuation or Debt Service Reduction that is an Excess Loss is sustained with respect to a Mortgage Loan that is not a Liquidated Loan, the Class A-5 Principal Distribution Amount will be reduced on the related Distribution Date by the Class A-5 Scheduled Distribution Percentage multiplied by the Senior Percentage multiplied by the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the principal portion of the Deficient Valuation or Debt Service Reduction.
